Electromagnetic Flow Meters consist of a Sensor and Converter.

The sensor goes into the flow stream and the converter can be mounted right on top of the sensor or located remotely.

Advantages of Electromagnetic Flow Meters include:

FIRST – SELECT THE FLOW SENSOR THAT FITS YOUR APPLICATION
When selecting a flow sensor consider the expected flow rates (min/max), fluid type (corrosive), temperature range, mounting style (flanged, wafer, NPT or tri-clamp) and location (wet or dry).

MS501 Microflow Sensor in Stainless Steel

1/8″ through 3/4″ sizes for flows from 0.04 gpm to 45 gpm. Handles pressures up to 230 PSIG. Stainless steel construction with PTFE lined flow tube. Temperatures up to 212F.

MS600 Microflow Sensor in Polypropylene

1/8″ through 3/4″ sizes for flows from 0.03 to 50 gpm. Standard pressure is 230 PSI @ 70F. Polypropylene body and liner. Low cost, easy to install sensor with threaded NPT process fittings. temperatures up to 140F.

MS1000 Wafer Style Flow Sensor

1″ through 16″ sizes for flows from 2.45 to 20,698 gpm. Pressures to 580 PSI. Polypropylene, Ebonite or PTFE liner. Low cost, easy to install wafer mounting. Fluid temperatures up to 300F. Shown with cable junction box.

MS2420 Sanitary Electromagnetic Flow Sensor

1″ through 4″ sizes for flows from 2.4 to 1294 gpm – Standard pressure is 230PSI @ 70F. PTFE liner. Temperatures up to 300F. Tri-clamp fittings are perfect for food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications. Rated for 3A sanitary approval. Shown with MV110 Converter.

MS2500 Flange-Style Electromagnetic Flow Meter Sensor
